RETURNS POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to ship it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@satrao.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.

Original Packaging Required Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.

Jewelry Bundles

Bundled items must be returned in full. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all items in the bundle in order to receive a refund.

Last Chance Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Engraved Jewelry Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We'll refund the first purchase once we receive the old product. If there is no urgency, we'll wait until we receive the old product and ship the new one right away.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

BRACELET SIZE GUIDE

1. Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape, or a strip of paper.

2. If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure that item with a ruler to determine your wrist size.

3. Add 1/4 inch to 1 inch to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug, comfort, or loose fit.
